We offer free shipping for orders above RM100. For orders below RM100, the shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your order, which will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your location. Typically:

  • Orders within Malaysia are delivered within 3-7 business days.

  • International orders may take 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

     

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, log in to your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," and select the relevant order to view its status.

Return & Exchange

We do not offer refunds for purchases. However, if there are issues with your order, such as defective or incorrect items, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

We strive to provide the best quality products. If you are unsatisfied due to issues with the product itself, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for items based on taste or quality preferences. All purchases are final once delivered. However, in certain cases, we may request that you send the product back to us for investigation.

Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment.

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped, and a full refund will be provided. However, if your order has already been sent out, cancellations are no longer possible.
